    Applicable Cases
    Loading &unloading for production lines BY1850-D-4 robot with a 20 kg payload can be used for loading and unloading for single or multiple stamping presses and realize stamping operations of production lines. The figure on the right shows the production line palletizing solution provided for a customer. The pallet size is 1.1 m×1.1 m and the required palletizing height is 1.6 m. One robot can realize palletizing of two pallets simultaneously, thus significantly enhancing the efficiency of the production line and reducing labor cost.
